Q. What's the differentence between hulless popcorn and popcorn with a hull?

A. There actually is no such thing as "hulless Popcorn". The hull is the seed, and without the seed, you don't have a popcorn kernal. People refer to smaller kernal popcorn as hulless because the seed itself is so small and tender that you don't have as crunchy of a hull as you would with regular popcorn.
