If your original product purchase is within 30 days, you may be eligible for a product exchange and return of a non-consumable product or refund of a consumable product.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You contact us to obtain a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA)
